Post: ANS SCS failure - lawsuit?

I had an ANS SCS that failed. The antenna bent and pinched
my spinal cord and I had to have it removed due to the
intense increase of new pains. Now my spinal cord
continues to have some sort of dent/pinch in it that
appears to be causing continued problems & pain. Has
anyone taken ANS to court? I need to figure out if there's
any real chance of getting these guys to pay for what has
happened.
