I am currenty in a dispute over 3ft of property with my
neighbor who is encroaching on my property. I have had it
surveyed and results proved this. She is claiming adverse
possesion because she claims that she has been maintaining
that side of the property for the past 15 years, which is
not true but beside the point. What are her chances of
winning this in court??
