Re: Procat Software

I've had ProCat software for ten years now and have been extremely happy with it. I've found them to be interested in user feedback and adding features to it that are suggested by users. I've found the software to have more features than advertised and many more than I actually use. I have a Stylus and have been very happy with it. I don't know why Tina had such a problem with it, but they send a loaner machine if your's needs to go in for repair. I've had to send my in for repair and they were very prompt in fixing it and returning it. One of the things I've really liked about ProCat is that when they change the name of their software you can update it without having to buy all new software. Also, my Stylus was originally a Flash and when they came out with the Stylus I was able to have it converted to a Stylus at a price far less than buying a new machine. Also, when they updated the Stylus to a flip screen, they offered to let people send in their machines and get the flip screen for only the cost of the conversion, which as I remember was about $250. To me that's whole lot better than having to buy a new machine to get the newest features. I've also been very pleased with their tech support; very prompt in responding and always patient and pleasant.
