My next door neighbor has harrassed us for 26 years. She
callas the police for no reason, example, hears dogs
barking and calls police to say it is our dog. She built
a flower bed on our property. We had to pay for a lawyer,
surveyor and court fees to have her move the bed over.
she did not move it completely over. She has gotten a
lawyer to write us nasty letter saying we have trespassed
on her property (which we haven't) and destroyed plants.
She has put up wodden planks between our property line and
painted it bright yellow, purple bench, purple planter and
red front door. Her yard looks like holloween. We can
not sell our house. She is on welfare, and mentally ill.
We can not find a lawyer to make her stop the
harrassment. Help!
