Re: Neighbor harrassment

We have a neighbor who is 'noise sensitive'. Poor little gal comes to the house and threatens to shoot the dogs if they bark, or call Child protective services if your kids are more than one on a trampoline at a time, tries to run you off the road, calling animal control to destroy your pets, you name it. But she can put on a good show for the police. It took us several years to realize that she is actually doing this to four other families on the block as well. We were advised to get signed affidavits saying that there is no noise or other problem bothering anyone, and have everyone but her sign it. Send it to any agency she contacts. Assure her you will put a lein on her property for legal fees and damages if she doesn't immediately remove all of her plants and goodies from your property. And most importantly, videotape her every time she acts out. You may be able to get the county to put in her for an evaluation.
