Have you been offerd a settlment
already? If theywant to close it
now, do it with one thing in mind.
Dont close the case for good.
Settle with the stipulation that
you can reopen the case at
anytime. As long as your under the
doctors care, how can they close
your case. Talk to your attorneys
about this. Their the ones who
should be answering your questions.
