Dear Sue-Happy Have you tried talking to these pet owners? If not, try that first. The next step would be - tell the dog(s) yourself to stop- use a very firm tone and loud. You have to get the dogs attention. If that does not work - get a large stick and hit it against something to get the dog(s) attention - then say NO with a firm tone - keep say NO over and over again.
