Joel, thanks for your kind words and remarks. Perhaps if you don't know that a SLAPP suit is civil litigation you don't know the law. After all, this is the Torts Chatboard, is it not? What, if I may ask, does that have to do with Penal Code. My request was a simple one and did not call for patronization.
