    It may be possible to sue him but if his assets are in his
    mom's name and he's behind bars, you won't get anything,
    except satisfaction.

    Some states have extended the SOL on these types of crimes but
    only a qualified attorney in your area can tell you for sure.
    Honestly, that's where you should start.
