    Post: WHAT IS TOO LONG

Posted by DARRYL MULLINS on 8/19/07

I was involved in a auto accident in may of 2001. The
other driver admitted being at fault, his drivers lisence
was suspended at the time of the accident. He should not of
been on the road.I had a personal friend who is an
attorney handle my case. After watching him handle many
other cases that came in,long after mine, while mine grew
dust. I had two operations, years of therapy and still take
medication as a result of this accident. Two of my doctors
agreed on a 15% disability rating. After asking multiple
times for him to do something, he did nothing in 5yrs.that
he had my case.He is no longer my attorney and was probbly
never my friend.I fired him. Now my new attorney has had
my case for 18 months and has still not turned the
interrogatories over to the insurrance companys attorney
yet. My case is 6 1/2 years old. Should I consider this to
    be acceptible.
