Post: Something I didn't think was legal

I read a story on Yahoo four months ago about a 13 year
old girl that signed up for an adult dating website. The
guy she was talking to somehow foundout threw a ifno
lookup site that she was only 13 and disided to sue the
father and the 13 year old daughter for "mental anguish"
claiming that the girl made him feel so special that it
devistated him when he found out and that she was only 13.

My question is, Is it consitered legal for the man to sue
the father of the 13 year old and the 13 year old herself
for "mental anguish" ?
