    It is against the law for the Employer not to have filed the
    workmans comp report,they have only a few days,after your
    son filled out the report.I hope he has a copy,if not,he can
    return to work and ask for another form to fill out,and they
    must send him to a workmans comp Doctor, and he needs to
    keep track of everything,dates and what the Doc,says, Good
