    Robert,

    When did you last meet with Attorney? (Date)? Did you give
    him a retainer to take your case? Has he requested your
    medical records from alll the involved health care doctors
    to put together a timeline? Have you had a full knee
    repalcement surgery yet?

    Many Attorney's use legal nurses to do these medical
    timelines for them. Ask this Attorney if his firm uses legal
    nurses. Legal Nurses can be the key to winning a medical
    case like yours since our expertise is medicine and not law.

    First thing is did you retain this lawyer?
