EVERY CASE IS DIFFERENT. NO ONE CAN GIVE YOU AN EXACT FORMULA
ON HOW SETTLEMENTS WORK. THERE ARE TOO MANY VARIABLES: AGE,
EDUCATION, EXTENT OF INJURY, FUTURE MEDICAL NEEDS, COMP RATE,
ETC.!!! ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT WC LAWS VARY FROM STATE TO
STATE. A GOOD WC ATTORNEY MAY BE ABLE TO ANSWER SOME OR ALL OF
YOUR QUESTIONS.
