Hi just had my 5th hardship for TTD got to talk to the
Judge.He told me i was eligibal from my 1st Dr. visit
which was 7-1-2003, well when i saw my lawyer 20 mins.
later she said we would have to fight for it. WHY? The
Judge doesn't carry any athority or what? I'm supposed to
start getting paid TTD from the date of my surgery but
what about the 97 weeks before. I'm in Mo. Anyone with
advice or understanding please gimme a holler.
