Worker's compensation is a complicated set of Byzantine rules and practices found mostly in Chapter 287 of the Revised Missouri Statutes and in the nuances of local jurisdictions. Your question is beyond the scope of this board. Just out of curiosity, why don't you ask your lawyer that question?
