Last year I started a new job with the state of TN. Broke
my ankle in three places while jumping down from a state
vehicle. Had plates and screws put in, but because I'm
diabetic they did not hold. Dr. did a ankle fusion six
months later and it has not healed. Retained a lawyer but
they are not able to do anything until I get my MMI. I do
recieve 66 2/3rd from wc,and lawyer said I would get s
settlement after the MMI. Just trying to get some idea how
much the settlement would be and how long after the MMI do
I have to wait. Have a large family and no other income and
this is the first time I have gone through anything like
this. I feel like a virgin on her wedding night(heard a lot
of things and half of them aren't true)
