Just wondering if any one can help i have a spinal cord
stimulator for my arms in which i have RSD in both from a
broken neck were i now have around 12" of steel holding my
neck together and lost 1/3 of my left lung they pay me TT
now they want to settel they came in at $40,000 my lawyer
didn't even bother to tell me becaues it was so low now
they came in at $100,000 and my lawyer said it is up to me
and that it would be hard to get any more. I do hope to
one day go back to work even if it is light duty dose this
sound fair? I would only get around $70,000 after the
fees but if I wait and can get back to work it would drop
big time but if i can't work then i lose my TT. Any
thoughts would be help for and if it helps i live in OHIO
