This is my first time responding. My question is this: When you have an attorney and this attorney is not doing anything for you except wanting to settle with Workman's Comp and you are still having pain from the surgery cause it didn't take all the way and you need another one how much can you settle legally leaving that attorney with only pennies. Any information is needed ASAP. Contact me at tonyameuir69@yahoo.com I know someone that is hurting from back surgery and another surgery is needed but the attorney isn't fighting for her and she is constant pain. Please help
