I fell on the job in 2004 and went to the wc doctor he put
me in pt and that did no good he tried injections they did
no good.Finally he did surgery to find that I had a torn
cartlidge I am still in pT. But he has returned me to full
duty at work for the last 5 months and has ordered me into
work hardening therapy> Should I do it I mean I am already
at work, I thought that was to get you ready to go back to
work.And he says my left knee has been affected by the
trauma I have put on it by putting all of the weight on
that leg.W.C. is pushing him for a pdd or a mmi and he says
he is not ready to give it to them. can anyone tell me what
that means? I have an attorney it is one I got off of T.V.
and they really dont telly me anything. The atty said one
time I might get about 6,000 dollars. Would that be a fair
settlement? ANYONE PLEASE Help Me !!!!
