Post: workers comp coming to your house

Posted by Miss Fed Up on 2/15/07
Hi,
I just spoke with a paralegal about my settlement which I
thought would mean everything would be over. But she told
me that someone from workers comp will come over to my
house to make sure I'm not working and to make sure I
agree to the settlement. The thing is I do not have a
steady residence. I use my mom's address for all of my
paperwork but I am not welcome to live there. I go between
my grandmother's house, my friend's house and my
boyfriend's
The paralegal told me that they will go to my mother's
address and if I'm not there the settlement will be void.
Is this true???
It's there fault I'm not avoid to live there they stopped
my payments in 7/05 and I have no money to bring to the
house.
