    sorry, I am bad for details.
    After all you read I indeed asked him to forgive my text and
    understand, it was outside of work and not right to text me in
    my privacy to make a decision based on my privacy responce. He
    denied after I begged him to reconsider. He paid my week
    vacation time which I had to take of the surgery due to him
    working up that I should have said it happened at home and he
    would loose his insurance if I followed suit on workers comp.
    Thought he was a friend..
