Shane, I had the cases reduced to a misdemeanor and then
dismissed. I am still waiting for my reply from the Department
of Justice. I am trying to go into the police academy. It cost
me $4,000 to get an attorney to do the paperwork for me.

In the actual order signed by the judge it clearly states that
I have been released from all infringements, but the DoJ still
says they will not allow me to complete the firearms training.
I am not giving up instead I am waiting for the actual paper
that says denied and I am filing an appeal with the FBI. You
might want to try that. However, if your charge was possesion
for sales there might be nothing that can be done.
