Pleaes clarify:
You "sold" the truck to your relative but kept it in your name
and on your insurance policy? Is that correct? if so, AND if
you never transferred legal ownershp of the truck to your
nephew, go get YOUR truck. YOU are the legal owner. And, if
he tries to sue you, you counter-sue him for the "rental"
value of the truck while he drove it, plus depreciation.
