Please check out www.debt-annihilation.com. Send us an email with
copies of your process attached, maybe we can assist you with your claim
and provide some answers moving forward. The enforcement of the
commercial judgment is the hard part if you have not provided the proper
due process of law, you don't mention a certificate of dishonor above.
Did you get a declaratory judgement from a federal magistrate, since you
have served HBSC in interstate commerce? We are currently working with
a foreign Central Bank. Maybe we can work together and get something
accomplished.
