Re: commercial liens
Posted by dennis on 9/01/09

Bruce, I have ben searchin for some answers about a $70,567,000.00
lien against HSBC mortgage services. They have ignored my Private
administrative Remedy along with several notices of intent to lien.
The process began when HSBC tried to foreclose on my home with out
proof of ownership and 'proof of Claim' for the past 19 months.
Courts have ignored major evidence and facts and ecently granted
summary judgement to the bank on false evidence. ( an assignment of
mortgage that was clearly printed up for the last hearing, nver seen
by me before). I have completed the process by filing a Tort claim
at the Risk Management offices in each state HSBC does business,
completed the proces for the affidavits along with a third party
(Notorial Protest)two affidavits of none response. Filed these as a
judgement by default with the US Attorney General and the PA.
Govoners office, Pike county sherriffs and comm. office. last week i
sent out my last invoices for the $70,567,000.00 to bothe the risk
management offices and HSBC headquarters in 4 locations along with a
final 'GOOD FAITH LETTER' offer to settle at 25% of the full amount.
If no response a lien will be placed against them for the ful amount
within 10 days. still no response. My concer is if i place a lien
against them does it have any legal standing?? and am i placing
myself in jepurdy of being arrested for false lien violations. I
have reached out to a few attorneys for advise and of course they
will not go near it. Please advise. thanks dennis
