Wells Fargo has sold my promissory note and they also have a
lien against my title, attempting to collect twice from me
while I still owe the third party that they sold the note
to. I am interested in filing a lien against Wells Fargo in
order to neutralize the lien they have against my property.
Is this possible? Thanks!
