Re: Welcome Back OZ -- ever decide on case mngmt software?

One of the listseves to which I belong -- ATLA, MATA, I don't
remember - was gathering information about case-management software
with the intent upon publishing the results. I am waiting on that.

I've been using PCLaw for about three years, and I'm not satisfied
with it. It's okay as an all-in one package, and it's cheap. But
support staff has had trouble navigating through it, and it's the
    not the greatest.

I've gotten demo CDs from others, including Amicus. My favorite so
far is TrialWorks. It seems to integrate and organize everything
related to a case onto one window -- pleadings from the word
processor to emails sent and received. But I'm still playing with
it. Seems like a civil litigator's dream. The downside is, it
costs about a grand per computer. Yikes!

I'll be happy to let you know the results of that study whenever it
comes out. Similarly, if you have any feedback, feel free to offer
    it.
