publicdata.com only release open data to the public. There is also closed data which is closed to the public and only accessible to the law enforcement agencies and some special agencies authorized by law. To check your background on both open and closed record, you have to run a background check with your fingerprint submitted. If you are clean on this type of check, you are definitely clean.
