I couldnt log on to my work company from home. I called my
employer to find out what was going on. they told me i was
discharged. i picked up my final check later that day. i was
still owed OT from months behind and mileage. i explained
that i couldnt get my mileage log because it was in their
network and they took away access. they told me they could
do nothing about it.i have emails of places i had to go to
fix the network/computer. i have filed a wage claim form
with DLSE and have a conference in a few months. What r my
chances of winning this case? I have also got a threat from
my employers brother who also works for the company. I am
filing a Retaliation Complaint.
