    If your employer wants to retain an incompetent manager,
    they are free to do so. If the reason that they want to
    retain an incompetent manager is because they're concerned
    she'll sue for age, gender, or race discrimination if they
    fire her, that's the company's business and does not result
    in your having any legal claim to bring against the
    company.

    BTW, "right to work" means you can't be forced to join a
    union in order to be employed. What you mean to say is that
    you are in an "at will" employment State.
