Re: Lawyer not responding

Thanks for your reply, I have begun looking for a legal malpractice attorney and so far no one has returned my calls or emails. I have a feeling that suing a lawyer here is not going to be any more do-able than suing a corporation. This is a very consumer unfriendly state...extremely serious and well substantiated cases are just not being heard, because of this. I don't know who is "clogging up the courts" but it sure isn't people with cases in the same genre as ours. I suspect the only thing lawyers want anymore is personal injury cases, due to the larger awards possible. Everything else is just "tough luck," even if it financially destroys a family thru no wrong- doing of their own.
