    Dear Unhappy Amber:

    We all would like to think that our case is the only case the
    attorney has in his office. But, things are not that way -
    just me and only me - I come first. Your attorney has
    numerous cases - the attorney is in court or mediation or
    trial or deposition(s) or he could be at another places that
    I haven't even mentioned. Talk to the attorney's legal
    secretary or paralegal - their good sources to speak with,
    they will communicate your concerns with the attorney.
    Believe me the legal secretary and paralegal are just as
    familiar with you case as the attorney is.

    You have already contacted the bar. The bar will contact you
    and let you know they will investigate your complaint and
    will even give the attorney a chance to explain what happened
    and will ask the attorney to reimburse your money.
