Post: No Hearing ever held in court, yet order stands???

An order was entered by a hearing officer who I found out
later was not legally licensed to be a hearing officer, yet
judge signed the order when I never went to court for a
hearing upon that order. Order was signed July 1st, 1998
but I was never notified to appear that day for a hearing,
How can they get away with this? What can I do about it ?
