judge in my county, whom never gave me a copy of her report as
she is supposed to do according the the Pa. R.C.P., she never
did. She also let people into the room w/out my consent, she
also spoke to the children w/out an attorney present in their
behalf. She then made up an order when both parties never
agreed which changed the original custody order. This judge
signed it and is enforcing it. I never had a hearing before
this judge on July 1st, 1998, the date the order is signed. I
filed an appeal to Superior Court but this judge ordered that
my Appeal was denied. How can a lower court judge deny an
Appeal to the Superior Court ? How can he take my girls in Aug.
when my Superior Court Notice of Appeal was in process,
everything should of been stayed. The Superior Court protected
this judge by saying I didn't have a denovo hearing. I did have
a denovo hearing on this matter, but the judge was ordering me
to comply w/ things that were not on any order in existence. I
served him w/ my notice of appeal at the denovo hearing. I have
appealed so many times to no avail ! I have proven that this
hearing officer is not a licensed attorney as required by the
R.C.P., she is only a caseworker for C.Y.S.. Fraud has been
committed upon the court not only in my case but every cusdoty
case in that county where the county used her as a hearing
officer. She is immpersonating a public offical which is a
crime. Yet they are getting away with it ! The Judical conduct
Board protects them of their own kind, so who do I go to above
them ?
