I do not think there is anything wrong with this. I mean if
the client is willing to spend 2 to 4 thousand dollars to
prove a point that is his decition. If I were the client I'd
simply go find another lawyer. However, if the client has no
choice but to go to this lawyer. The client would then be
taken advantage of in which case it would be unethical.
