He called my mother and told her that the police had gone out to serve them, but he says that the man who came to the door said he didn't know who I was... My mother told him there is no man living at our address, that the officer must have gone to the wrong address, and to have them come out again. I even offered to go the police station and pick them up! I want these papers to know what is going on. He won't let me talk to my son or visit with him. He didn't mail anything, he had a police officer serve them. He won't allow me visitation, yet he is suing me for child support. My mother even called (since they won't pick up the phone if I call), and told my ex that I would be at home all day on Tuesdays, but they have not attempted to serve them again. I never refused any papers, and I won't refuse them.
