I'm 18 and i have an amazing son whos almost 8 weeks. The
dad hasn't seen him, but still contacts me (not about
him). He hasn't signed the paper-work for Aidens birth
certificate and there isn't a paternaty test although its
100% his child. My delema is he has a 6 year old son he
isnt allowed to see, but he had him when he was 15, she
was 22. (i have NO idea why he doesn't press charges). He
has backed child support from her, and he doesn't have a
job, lives with his parents, ext. My question is if i
press charges for child support, how do i do so? (hes
moving soon apparently.. running away from his problems)
AND is there any way i'd even get anything out of it?
