If someone is in the military and gives another person a
POA for an automobile that is jointly owned, Does the
person with the POA have rights to the auto? The military
person lives in FL but in Iraq, the other person (his
wife) moved back to TX. Was only in FL for 3 months. Who
has rights in this before he files for a divoice?
