    A POA for an auto is a very limited POA. Some MVD's won't
    even accept them. It all depends on what the POA says.
    Usually it is only to reregister the vehicle or things like
    that. It does not entitle the holder of the POA to take
    ownership of the vehicle. That would be a bill of sale.
    And it must be the original notorized POA for it even to be
    valid.
