Since it appears neither you nor your wife have yet to
immerse yourselves in litigation: It is not kidnapping.
She did not need your approval to take the child out of
state.

If you want a divorce and/or shared custody, then go get a
court order that spells out what each parent can and can not
do in regards to the child.
