    Well, Buck, your first post was misleading (and probably a
    deliberate lie). There WAS a judgment of paternity entered
    and a court order to pay child support in place. There was no
    child support collected simply from the mother's allegations.
    She went to court and got a judgment and order. If you don't
    like that result, you contest her petition to have paternity
    determined at the right time in the right court.

    Why you think the state profits from child support is beyond
    me. The state supports the child through the welfare system.
    The child support payments are merely used to repay those
    expenditures.
