The fact of the matter is that one can still practice law as a
disability attorney before the SSA in Oregon. There is a former
Judge Pro-Tem from California who is practicing this type of
law there. The state of Oregon tried to shut him down, but they
eventually dismissed the complaint. Do your research. Check out
this link about how they tried to shut him down and how he won:

also, check him out at http://www.DisabilityPaycheck.com
Seriously. You need to start thinking more like a distance
learning law student (resourceful) and less like an ABA
graduate (brainwashed, only thinks inside the box).
DL law grads from California have also been admitted to the
Wisconsin (a few from Taft---before DETC---just do a search on
the state bar's website) and Massachusetts Bars
(Concord--DETC). Other states probably have admitted people,
but I haven't heard about it.
The fact that you attend a DETC and are shelling out $3000 a
year (or more) than me is funny. How you are trying to justify
it is even funnier.
