Res: I agree with you on that part. What's "in" the recepticle is fed
juristdiction. Not the privately owned recepticle it self, store bought
container. Mail boxes where mail is droped on street corners, post
offices, or is a certified government mail box (recepticle) is
government property. I can set my plastic mail box on fire, i'm not
breakng any fedreal laws. I'm breaking township fire laws. All i'm
destroying is my own property. No federal property. That's basicly what
i said down below in my first post. My brother inlaw is a retired postal
inspector.
