L, PLEASE move out of Houston to an area where there are fewer
lawyers and less competition. I know you are bitter about your
experience, but take it from a wise old man who has been around a
while, and then some: law is a good place to be if you work and
game the system. Part of working the system means networking and
getting out there. And also being in a place where you have an
advantage.

Please consider the possibility that your depression is making
you see things as worse than they really are.
