civil lawsuits. sleazy defense attorneys will sometimes ask
these questions to allow this information into the public
record, which will be available to everyone.

YOU MUST give your name, occupation, and tell the truth.should
the defense attorney ask irrelevent personal questions, tell
him/her that you will only answer questions pertinent to the
case, and if you are threatened by the defense, advise that
you will be more that happy to go before the judge and see if
these personal invasional question are necessary.

YOU ARE NOT A COWARD.
