Speaking of rudeness, you are rude !! calling someone that has
a valid question a Coward :( shame on you! take a chill pill,
people don't come here to be abused, they come seeking
answers, by your response I can tell that you are not a
professional Lawyer at all.

I bet the original poster feels very good after they read your
rude response...shame on you!

My Answer to the original poster will be, YES answer
truthfully all of the questions to the best of your knowledge,
be honest and if you were called, is because they need you as
a witness....best of luck :)
