    The hospital bills amounted to $21K. We have been offered $34K
    from the insurance company but this seems low to me. Medicaid
    covered it for around $6K and I will have to pay that back out of
    the insurance settlement minus a recovery fee hopefully. I was
    thinking that in this case a multiplier of 3-4 times the hospital
    costs would be reasonable. What do you think? Anyone?
