    Actually, consult with an attorney, but in Illinois I believe a residential mortgage holder
    under the Illinois Foreclosure Act has 90 days to cure an alleged arrearage. I would be
    surprised if -even though they may send a letter saying so - if they really can
    accelerate a "residential" owner occuppied mortgage.. but, check with an attorney.
