Ok children! lets play nice in the sand box. M'sta Mikey is a good man.
Take my word for it. Now to the poster,youcan possiblytrick this guy into a
confession to give you the proof you need. Are you still in touch? My
sugestion would be as follows. If you can, write him an e-mail,more likely
to get a response other than by snail mail which may go ignored. Non
chalantly ask him, oh yeah! so & so, rem that $ i loaned you? when do you
think you can pay me back? I need the money badly. Ifhe repys you haveyour
proof. Next thing is colleting. Mikey has a point. But if you thnk it's
worth a try, you haven't much to lose. And i know we have night court here.
So you may not lose time from work. Just call the clerk of court and ask.
